Pasta Carbonara Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 package of bacon
  • 1 cup parmesan or romano cheese (grated)
  • 1 lb. fettucini
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cups peas
  • Salt
  • Saucepan
  • Pasta pot
Procedure
  1. Cut up bacon
  2. Cook bacon in saucepan, leave some (not all) grease after
  3. Boil water (add salt until tastable)
  4. Break 8 eggs and mix in bowl
  5. Wisk bowl
  6. Add grated cheese to bowl
  7. Add white pepper to bowl
  8. Add nutmeg to bowl (small amount)
  9. Wisk bowl
  10. Add fettucini to boiling water
  11. Cook fettucini
  12. Defrost peas (add to microwave for 2 min)
  13. Strain peas
  14. Set pan down in low heat
  15. Add fettucini
  16. Add bowl
  17. Add peas
  18. Add bacon
  19. Keep moving for 2-3 minutes
  20. Turn heat high for a moment to thicken
