Today’s lifting just didn’t feel good – it’s been a long week at work so I wanted to just get something done.

Snatch Pull (Straight Leg) + Snatch + Snatch Balance (1+1+1)

  • 70 x 3
  • 75 x 3
  • 75 x 3
  • 75 x 3

Was programmed for 85 for 3 sets – but struggled with 75 so I stayed there to get it right.

Pull-ups

  • 6 reps
  • 4 sets of 5
