Bulgogi notes
Ingredients
- 1 lb steak (tenderloin, sirloin, ribeye, flank)
- 4 garlic gloves (or 4 tsp)
- 2 green onions
- 3 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar (white or brown)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Process
- Get steak to slight frozen state
- Mix marinade, stir until dissolved
- Cut steak into thin slices
- Add steak to marinade bowl, mix
- Cover, fridge for 30 min
- Clean and start rice
- Pull steak, cook using skillet.
