Carbonara Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 package bacon
- 1lb spaghetti
- 8 eggs
- 1 cup grated parmesan, pecorino
Process
- Start boiling water, heating saute pan.
- Dice bacon, cook on low until crisp, place on paper towel plate.
- Grate cheese, add to bowl with eggs (4 whole, 4 yokes) and mix. Add pepper.
- Add salt to water, cook pasta ~11 minutes.
- Remove pasta from pot into saute pan.
- Add separate 3/4 cup water to cheese mixture.
- Add sauce, mix.
- Add bacon, mix.
