- olive oil
- 1/2 package bacon
- 1lb spaghetti
- 8 eggs
- 1 cup grated parmesan, pecorino
- Start boiling water, skillet with olive oil
- Dice bacon, cook until crisp, place on paper towel plate
- Great cheese, add to bowl with eggs and mix. Add pepper.
- Add salt, cook pasta to al dente.
- Take 1 cup pasta water, then add separate 3/4 water to cheese mixture.
- Strain, add pasta, toss in fat
- Add bacon, mix.
- Add sauce, mix.
