Process

  1. Start boiling water, heating saute pan.
  2. Dice bacon, cook on low until crisp, place on paper towel plate.
  3. Grate cheese, add to bowl with eggs (4 whole, 4 yokes) and mix. Add pepper.
  4. Add salt to water, cook pasta ~11 minutes.
  5. Remove pasta from pot into saute pan.
  6. Add separate 3/4 cup water to cheese mixture.
  7. Add sauce, mix.
  8. Add bacon, mix.
