- Chocolate Baking Chips
- Pot and bowl (for double boiler)
- Wax paper
- Baking tray
- Start boiling 1 inch of water in pot.
- Dry strawberries, place on paper towel.
- Setup bowl with 2/3 chocolate chips.
- Setup baking tray with wax paper.
- Once boiling, lower heat, place bowl on top.
- Stir until melted.
- Add 1/3 chocolate chips, stir until melted.
- Dip strawberries, place onto wax paper.
- Place in fridge for at least an hour.
