Cooking Lobster Tails



  1. Pre-heat over to 400F
  2. Melt 4 tbsp butter
  3. Add 1/2 tbsp old bay to melted butter, stir
  4. Prep tails (cut legs, press bottom, cut back, remove meat)
  5. Add light old bay to tails
  6. Rub half of sauce on front & back of tails
  7. Bake 15 minutes
  8. Add remaining sauce to cooked tails
