- 3x 6.5oz canned clams
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 onion (pre-diced)
- 2 potatoes
- 2 celery ribs
- 1/2 package bacon
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- old bay
- corn starch
- garlic
Process
- Peel & dice potatoes
- IP Saute on more, add butter
- Dice bacon, cook to translucent
- Make 1 cup chicken broth, strain clams
- Dice onion, celery, cook to translucent
- Add 3 tbsp flour, cook 1 min
- Add clam juice & chicken broth, stir
- Add potatoes, garlic, salt/pepper (20), stir
- Cook manual high 5 minutes, vent
- IP Saute, add clams, heavy whipping cream, old bay
- Add 2 tbsp corn starch slurry, cook until thicken
