  1. Peel & dice potatoes
  2. IP Saute on more, add butter
  3. Dice bacon, cook to translucent
  4. Make 1 cup chicken broth, strain clams
  5. Dice onion, celery, cook to translucent
  6. Add 3 tbsp flour, cook 1 min
  7. Add clam juice & chicken broth, stir
  8. Add potatoes, garlic, salt/pepper (20), stir
  9. Cook manual high 5 minutes, vent
  10. IP Saute, add clams, heavy whipping cream, old bay
  11. Add 2 tbsp corn starch slurry, cook until thicken
