Instant Pot Tomato Bisque Recipe


Requires a blender (immersion is best)

Serves about 4-5 cups.


  1. Heat the Instant Pot on saute, melt butter, cook onions, celery, carrots for 5 minutes.
  2. Add tomatoes, sugar, broth, and basil over onions. Stir and cover Instant Pot and cook on manual high pressure 15 minutes.
  3. Release the pressure, and blend mix until smooth.
  4. Add heavy cream and stir.
