Lambchops Recipe



  1. Combine garlic, salt, rosemary, thyme, oil into bowl.
  2. Mix until well-blended.
  3. Place lamb chops and marinade into bag.
  4. Store for at least 2 hours.


  1. Preheat grill on high.
  2. Lay lamb chops onto cutting board, sprinkle pepper.
  3. After pre-heat, use non-stick on grill.
  4. Cook for 4 minutes.
  5. Flip, cook for 2-5 minutes (rare to medium)
  6. Season with oregano leaves.
