- Lollipop lamb chops
- Salt & pepper
- Olive oil
- Combine garlic, salt, rosemary, thyme, oil into bowl.
- Mix until well-blended.
- Place lamb chops and marinade into bag.
- Store for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat grill on high.
- Lay lamb chops onto cutting board, sprinkle pepper.
- After pre-heat, use non-stick on grill.
- Cook for 4 minutes.
- Flip, cook for 2-5 minutes (rare to medium)
- Season with oregano leaves.
