- Split dough into 3 parts.
- Place cornmeal.
- Leave dough out for around 3-4 hours, wrapped in saran wrap.
- Open chimney, start heating pizza oven, get to ~750F
- Once close, cover hands in flour, roll and poke dough.
- Add toppings.
- Place flour, than pizza on peel.
- Add to oven, partially close chimney.
- Pull and turn after 1 minute (2 min. total)
