Pizza notes

Part 1

  1. Split dough into 3 parts.
  2. Place cornmeal.
  3. Leave dough out for around 3-4 hours, wrapped in saran wrap.

Part 2

  1. Open chimney, start heating pizza oven, get to ~750F
  2. Once close, cover hands in flour, roll and poke dough.
  3. Add toppings.
  4. Place flour, than pizza on peel.
  5. Add to oven, partially close chimney.
  6. Pull and turn after 1 minute (2 min. total)
